Jadwa Investment announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Jadwa SAR Murabaha Fund due to appointment of board member Mr. Adel Khalid Al Kadi (Independent) as of 22/04/1447 H., corresponding to 14/10/2025 G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:
