Jadwa Investment announces an update on of the terms and conditions of Jadwa Saudi Equity Fund II as of 20/04/1447 H corresponding to 12/10/2025 G. A summary of the main updated items are as follows:
An update to the Board of Directors of the Fund has been made, appointing Mr. Adel Khalid Al Kadi as an independent member of the Board, in place of Dr. Mohammed Sultan AlSuhali.
