Jadwa Investment announces an update on of the terms and conditions of Jadwa Jadwa Global Sukuk Fund as of 22/04/1447 H corresponding to 14/10/2025 G. A summary of the main updated items are as follows:
An update to the Board of Directors of the Fund has been made, appointing Mr. Adel Khalid Al Kadi as an independent member of the Board, in place of Dr. Mohammed Sultan AlSuhali.
An update has been made to the paid-up capital statement of the Fund Manager, in line with the capital increase of Jadwa Investment Company.
